Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Albany follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I eat here whenever I'm in Albany and it does not disappoint. The ramen is fantastic. Eating inside what appears to be an old diner car is really cool as well. It's a unique experience. I also appreciate they have a big community table. I showed up with 8 friends and we were able to all sit together there.

Tanpopo Ramen is an Albany icon and easily the best ramen spot in the city. The food was outstandingβrich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The neighborhood can feel a little sketchy at first, but donβt let that stop you. Once inside, youβll find a unique atmosphere and some of the best Japanese comfort food around. A must-visit whenever Iβm in Albany. πβββββ

This place is one of the best place in albany to go for Ramen. We usually go for lunch from my office here. My fav is tonkotsu and seafood ramen. Also fried fish balls are good. Only thing is it is too crowded during weekdays lunch time and place is small so sometimes we have to wait longer.

Nice cozy place with amazing food. We ordered curry ramen and fried rice. Both were flavorful and the portions are good. Would love to try other ramens.

The customer service from our waitress was really great. Got the seafood Ramen which was really good but they didn't have scallops apparently so subbed it for muscles.. I will say my only complaint and only reason I didn't give the food 5 stars was because I got one good tasting muscle and the rest tasted dirty and the fact the egg was a boiled egg that was brown on the outside was a bit funky for me and not very appealing but no other complaints then that. There isn't many drink options but still at least some choices both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The interior was a bit different with dollar bills all over the walls and the booths were a bit tight but a very good experience though all in all.
